blink blink is committed to protecting its readers’ privacy. This policy outlines the handling the personal information of blink blink’s readers and users who register for the site.
Creating an account
In order to access a profile and post comments on blink blink you must first create an account with a username and password. The registration system requires that a valid email address be used to confirm the account. You’ll be informed that you should choose a username that does not include your last name and does not specify your city or your address. blink blink asks that you use your first name only or an alias for your display name. This is for your own protection.
blink blink accounts are backed up regularly. If a user changes the information on her or his account, blink blink’s stored data backups may include the user’s original information. If you email anyone at blink blink, a record of the addresses and correspondence will continue to exist. We save this information so that we can respond to you and have a record of that correspondence.
Kinds of Information
Personally identifiable information
We never share personally identifiable information with third parties, with one exception: if blink blink has a good faith belief it must do so to meet a legal requirement, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other judicial or administrative order. Please be advised however, that, although we take technological precautions to protect your data, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, blink blink can’t warrant that your information will be absolutely secure. Any transmission of data is at your own risk.
Aggregate information (non-personally identifiable information)
We may collect and provide aggregate information about our visitors to our advertisers, sponsors, promotional partners and affiliates, such as how many persons visited a particular page or activity, the average age of our visitors on the site or page, or the likes and dislikes of our visitors. We use log files, like most websites. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. This information isn’t linked to personally identifiable information and does not include any personal information about any individual visitors.

Returning Purchased Items
At this moment, we do not accept returns of kits and products. Please contact us if you have any issues or are not satisfied with your purchase. We will do our best to help you out.
We accept credit card as payment for orders. We may not ship an order, or request additional information for credit card payment in case of potential fraud. Credit cards are only charged before shipment once the authorization process has cleared. For bulk inquiries or special orders, please contact us.
We are currently only accepting orders within the contiguous United States. Orders will ship in December 2015. We reserve the right to change this date if necessary. Keep in mind the USPS service guarantee is suspended if delays are caused by bad weather or other disasters. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to snow or other natural disasters anywhere along your package's route, including (but not limited to) meteors, aliens, terrorism, incursions from other dimensions, etc. We may not always be able to ship to some mail forwarders and/or PO Boxes depending on location or if there are known fraud/theft issues with a specific mail forwarder. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! There is no way for blink blink to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries UPS and/or postal system may charge you! Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or for UPS. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values.
blink blink may contact you or provide you with service-related and/ or promotional notices via postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications and more using the contact information you have provided to us.
We use a third party system for transactions called Stripe. Stripe is a quick and secure way to accept credit card and debit card payments online. Stripe meets and exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security. For your security, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are not stored. User information is only used to ship goods and contact you in case of an order or shipping issue and blink blink advertisements. We do not, and will never, sell or give any of your information to any third-party.
This Site may contain links to other Web sites operated by third parties other than blink blink. Such links are provided for your convenience only. blink blink does not control such sites and is not responsible for their content. The fact that this Site contains links to other sites does not mean that blink blink approves of, endorses or recommends those sites, nor does it imply any association with their operators. blink blink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, legality, reliability or validity of any content on any other site and disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting from any third party Web sites or content therein directly or indirectly accessed through links in this Site.

blink blink attempts to ensure that information on our site and in blink blink paper tutorials is complete, accurate and current. Due to the large amount of information, products, and materials utilized, information may become out of date in the future. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all information on this site or in purchased tutorials is complete or current.

In there is any problem with the Site or any content, you agree to cease using the Site. In the event of any problem with the products or services that you have purchased on or through the Site, you agree that your sole remedy, if any, is from the manufacturer of such products or supplier of such services.
blink blink permits the submission of communications, including images, comments, and text (“User Submissions”) and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submissions. Please follow blink blink’s house rules when both commenting and submitting—no last names, no addresses, no personally identifiable information. You user submissions will go only to blink blink and, like user comments, will be moderated. What this means: We reserve the right to not publish your comments.
We will remove all Content and User Submissions if properly notified that such Content or User Submission infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice.
What all this means: if you send us a picture or other submission, you are agreeing that you own whatever you sent us, and have the right to distribute and otherwise use it.
